传统法与内镜法在老年人口腔检查的效果分析

摘要:

目的 分析比较传统口腔检查方法与口腔内镜检查法对老年人进行口腔检查的临床效果。方法 将247例符合入选标准的老年患者按时间先后顺序分为研究组（n =125）和对照组（n =122），研究组采用口腔内镜检查法，对照组采用常规口腔检查法；比较两组患者口腔疾病诊断率、即时洁治率、洁治后满意率及诊断平均所需时间和平均检查费用。结果 口腔疾病临床诊断率两组比较差异无显著性，研究组患者即时洁治率及洁治满意度均显著高于对照组，同时研究组诊断平均所需时间和检查费用均显著低于对照组。结论 口腔内镜检查法可提高老年患者即时洁治率和洁治满意度，能够提高医患沟通效果，密切医患关系，同时口腔内镜检查法还具有成本低，效果好的优点。

Abstract:

【Objective】 To analyze and compare the clinical effects of traditional method and oral cavity endoscope method on oral examination in elderly. 【Methods】 247 elderly patients in line with the standard were divided into study group (125 cases) and control group (122 cases) according to order of time, the study group was examined by oral cavity endoscope, the control group given conventional oral examination; diagnostic rate of oral disease, immediate cleaning rate, satisfaction degree after correct treatment, average time of diagnosis and average examination cost of two groups were compared. 【Results】 There were no statistical differences in diagnostic rate of oral disease in two groups, immediate cleaning rate and satisfaction degree after correct treatment of study group were significantly higher than control group, and average diagnosis time and examination cost of study group were significantly lower than control group. 【Conclusion】 Oral cavity endoscope examination method can increase immediate cleaning rate and satisfaction degree of the elderly patients, improve the communications effects between doctors and patients, make their relationships more closely, having advantages of low cost and good efficiency.
