Abstract:【Objective】 To study and observe the effect and safety of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of patients with pregnancy complicated with ovarian cyst. 【Methods】 160 patients with pregnancy complicated with ovarian cyst in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2012 were the research objects, and they were divided into control group (open operation group) 80 cases and observation group (laparoscopic operation group) 80 cases according to the operation types, then the constitution of intraoperative blood loss, evacuation time and hospitalization time, complications rate, cesarean section rate, premature delivery rate, newborns Apager score, inflammatory stress and proteometabolism indexes before and after the operation of two groups were compared. 【Results】 The constitution of intraoperative blood loss, evacuation time and hospitalization time of observation group were all better than those of control group, complications rate was lower than that of control group, cesarean section rate and premature delivery rate were lower than those of control group, newborns Apager score was worse than that of control group, the inflammatory stress and proteometabolism indexes after the operation were all better than those of control group, all P <0.05, there were all significant differences. 【Conclusion】 The effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of patients with pregnancy complicated with ovarian cyst is better, and the safety is higher, and the bad influence of the operation for the body is relatively smaller.
