Abstract:With the rapid development of minimally invasive technique, the category of endoscopic surgery towards more accurate and more expensive equipment, specialized for endoscopic equipment management arises at the historic moment. Endoscopic equipment update common decisions need to consider many factors, and fuzzy mathematics application in the field of decision making is mainly embodied in the use of comprehensive evaluation model to solve multi-objective decision-making problem. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish model for endoscopic equipment update, from the doctor, hospital, equipment and patients with four different angles, such as to continue to use old equipment, old equipment repair, modernization of old equipment modification, replace with same type new equipment and new equipment with high efficiency to replace five alternatives such as grade, finally get the comprehensive evaluation scheme. The application of fuzzy mathematics implement the quantitative management of endoscopic equipment renewal decision.
