    摘要:

    随着微创技术的迅猛发展,内镜手术范畴不断拓展,内镜手术设备向着更精确更昂贵的方向发展,针对内镜设备的专门管理方式应运而生。内镜设备的更新决策需要考虑多种因素的共同影响,而模糊数学在决策领域中的应用则主要表现在利用综合评判模型解决多目标决策问题。利用模糊综合评价方法建立内镜设备更新决策模型,从医生、医院、设备和患者等4个不同的角度,对旧设备继续使用、旧设备大修理、旧设备现代化改装、用相同型号新设备替换和用高效率新设备替换等5种备选方案进行打分,最终得到综合评判方案。模糊数学的应用使得内镜设备的更新决策实现了量化管理。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of minimally invasive technique, the category of endoscopic surgery towards more accurate and more expensive equipment, specialized for endoscopic equipment management arises at the historic moment. Endoscopic equipment update common decisions need to consider many factors, and fuzzy mathematics application in the field of decision making is mainly embodied in the use of comprehensive evaluation model to solve multi-objective decision-making problem. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish model for endoscopic equipment update, from the doctor, hospital, equipment and patients with four different angles, such as to continue to use old equipment, old equipment repair, modernization of old equipment modification, replace with same type new equipment and new equipment with high efficiency to replace five alternatives such as grade, finally get the comprehensive evaluation scheme. The application of fuzzy mathematics implement the quantitative management of endoscopic equipment renewal decision.
