宫腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫腺肌病的效果研究

摘要:

目的 探讨宫腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮在治疗子宫腺肌病中的综合应用效果。方法 选取2011年1月～2013年2月该院收治的86例子宫腺肌病患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（孕三烯酮组）43例和研究组（宫腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮组）43例，然后将两组患者治疗前后的子宫体积、痛经程度、子宫动脉血流动力学指标和血清疾病相关指标进行比较。结果 研究组治疗后1、3及6个月的子宫体积小于对照组，痛经程度轻于对照组，子宫动脉血流动力学指标好于对照组，血清疾病相关指标则低于对照组，均P<0.05，两组治疗后差异均有显著性。结论 宫腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫腺肌病的综合应用效果良好，对于患者的疾病方面评估指标均有较好的改善作用。

Abstract:

【Objective】 To study and investigate the comprehensive application effect of hysteroscopic operation combined with gestrinone in the treatment of adenomyosis. 【Methods】 86 patients with adenomyosis in our hospital from January 2011 to February 2013 were enrolled , and they were randomly divided into control group (gestrinone group) 43 cases and study group (hysteroscopic operation combined with gestrinone group) 43 cases, then the uterine volume, algomenorrhea degree and uterine artery hemodynamics indexes, serum disease related indexes of two groups before and after the treatment were compared. 【Results】 The uterine volume of study group at 1st,3rd and 6th month after the treatment were smaller than those of control group, the algomenorrhea degree was lighter than those of control group, uterine artery hemodynamics indexes were lighter than those of control group, serum disease related indexes were lower than those of control group, all P ＜0.05, the items of two groups after the treatment had significant differences. 【Conclusion】 The comprehensive application effect of hysteroscopic operation combined with gestrinone in the treatment of adenomyosis is better, and it has better improvement role for the disease evaluation indexes of patients.
