Abstract:【Objective】 To explore and compare the anesthetic effects of propofol combination dezocine or dexmedetomidine in elderly patients received ERCP. 【Methods】 42 elderly patients received ERCP were divided into group A and group B evenly and randomly. Group A received combination anesthesia of propofol and dexmedetomidine, while group B received combination anesthesia of propofol and dezocine. MAP, HR, SPO2 and RR were observed and compared before induction, after induction, during endoscopic entry, during ERCP procedure and after ERCP. RIA was utilized to determine serum level of cortisol before, during and after ERCP. 【Results】 MAP and RR decreased significantly in group A after anesthesia introduction (P <0.05); MAP and RR was significantly higher in group B than group A after anesthesia introduction (P <0.05); serum level of cortisol increased significantly in all patients during and after ERCP than before ERCP(P <0.05); serum level of cortisol was significantly lower in group B than group A during and after ERCP (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 Combination anesthesia of propofol and dezocine is proper for anesthesia in elderly patients received ERCP.
