Abstract:【Objective】 To analyze the effect of cervical biopsy combined with colposcopy in the early diagnosis of cervical cancer. 【Methods】 The cervical Thin-Cytologic Test (TCT) findings were abnormal, and then VILI was conducted, then by colposcopy, respectively from the VILI and colposcopy suspicious lesions were multiple biopsy, the results were analyzed statistically. 【Results】 Abnormal TCT findings, VILI cervical biopsy of early cervical cancer detection rate was 91.2%, VILI positive cervical biopsy under colposcopy combined rate was 100%, the detection rate of cervical diseases diagnosis was 83.2%, 97.1%, there was significant difference between the two. 【Conclusion】 VILI diagnosis of cervical biopsy under colposcopy combined of early cervical cancer and cervical disease can increase the detection rate of early stage cervical cancer and cervical disease and decrease the rate of missed diagnosis and reduce misdiagnosis, VILI combined with colposcopy cervical biopsy plays an important role in clinical diagnosis.
