Abstract:Recently, endoscopic ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) and endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) are gradually used in clinical for their safe, effective, and minimally invasive advantages, especially in diagnosis and treatment of digestive and respiratory tract tumors. In this text, we specially highlight the roles and new advances of EUS-FNA and EBUS-TBNA in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive and respiratory tract tumors.
