内镜下缩瘤术联合深部热疗对晚期胃癌患者 生存情况和免疫功能的影响

Effect of endoscopic tumor augmentation combined deep thermal therapy on survival condition and immune function in patient with advanced gastric cancer

摘要:

目的 分析内镜下缩瘤术联合深部热疗对晚期胃癌患者生存情况和免疫功能的影响。方法 选择在该院接受住院治疗的晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象，随机分为单纯缩瘤术治疗的对照组以及接受内镜下缩瘤术联合深部热疗的观察组，比较两组患者的生存情况、肿瘤面积、血红蛋白水平及免疫功能等差异。结果 观察组患者接受内镜下缩瘤术联合深部热疗后的术后生存率高于对照组，平均生存时间长于对照组（P <0.05）。观察组患者接受缩瘤术联合深部热疗后的肿瘤体积明显小于对照组，血红蛋白水平明显高于对照组患者（P <0.05）。观察组患者接受治疗后的CD4+和CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组，CD8+水平低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 内镜下缩瘤术联合深部热疗可以明显缩小肿瘤面积，提升患者血红蛋白水平，优化全身免疫功能，最终延长患者的生存时间。

Abstract:

【Objective】 To analysis effect of endoscopic tumor augmentation combined with deep thermal therapy on advanced gastric cancer patient’s survival condition and immune function levels. 【Methods】 The patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital were choosed as research object, randomly divided into control group with pure shrinkage tumor treatment, and observation group with endoscopic tumor augmentation combined deep thermal therapy. The survival condition, tumor area, hemoglobin levels and immune function in two groups were compared. 【Results】 One and two year survival rate in observation group were higher than that in control group, average survival time was longer than control group (P <0.05). The tumor size in observation group after treatment were significantly less than that in control group. Hemoglobin level were significantly higher (P <0.05). The CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ levels in observation group after treatment were higher than that in control group, and CD8+ levels in observation group were lower (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 Endoscopic tumor augmentation combined deep heat treatment can significantly reduce tumor size and hemoglobin levels in patients with ascension, optimization of the whole body immune function, prolong patient survival time.
