Abstract:【Objective】 To study and analyze the change state of serum interleukin, stress hormones and oxidative stress of patients with laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation during the perioperative period. 【Methods】 60 patients with repair of gastric perforation in our hospital from June 2011 to July 2013 were the research object, and 60 cases were divided into control group (open operation group) 30 cases and observation group (laparoscopic operation group) 30 cases according to the operation type, then the serum interleukin, stress hormones and oxidative stress of two groups before the operation and at different time after the operation were compared. 【Results】 The serum IL-2 of interleukin of observation group at different time after the operation were higher than those of control group, other interleukin and stress hormones were all lower than those of control group, oxidative stress indexes were better than those of control group too, all P <0.05, there were all significant differences. 【Conclusions】 The fluctuation of serum interleukin, stress hormones and oxidative stress of patients with laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation during the perioperative period are relatively smaller, and it shows that the operative trauma is smaller and the recovery is faster.
