可吸收止血微球在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的临床应用

Clinical application of absorbable hemostatic microspheres in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

摘要:

目的 观察可吸收止血微球在LC中的止血作用。方法 将参与该研究的307例行LC患者随机分成两组，对照组：术中使用传统止血手段止血。观察组：术中加用可吸收止血微球辅助止血。观察比较两组的术中2 min止血成功率、术中出血量、术后引流量。结果 观察组术中出血量、术后引流量较对照组显著减少（P <0.05）。观察组术中2 min止血成功率优于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 LC中应用可吸收止血微球止血效果显著，值得推广。

Abstract:

【Objective】 To investigate the hemostatic effect in laparoscopic cholecystectomy with absorbable hemostatic microspheres. 【Methods】 307 cases treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into 2 groups, Control group: Traditional hemostatic method was used in the operation to the bleeding. Study group: Absorbable hemostatic microspheres was used in the operation to the bleeding. Success rate of intraoperative bleeding 2 minutes, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative flow were evaluated. 【Results】 The intraoperative blood loss and postoperative flow were significantly little in Study group when compared with Control group (P <0.05). The Success rate of intraoperative bleeding 2 minutes was better in Study group when compared with Control group (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 Using Absorbable hemostatic microspheres in laparoscopic cholecystectomy has a significant hemostatic effect, it is worth promoting.
