Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced endoscopic ultrasonography (CE-EUS) and enhanced CT in patients with pancreatic placeholder. 【Methods】 Between May 2010-June 2013, a total of 42 patients with pancreatic mass, surgical pathology confirmed the diagnosis, preoperative CE-EUS and enhanced CT examination were carried out , and then the results of the examination were compared. 【Results】 42 cases with pancreas placeholder, 24 patients diagnosed with pancreatic adenocarcinoma by surgical pathology, 30 patients diagnosed by EUS, 23 patients diagnosed by CE-EUS , and 21 patients diagnosed by enhanced CT. The accuracy of CE-EUS and enhanced CT diagnostic was 91.6% and 87.5%, respectively. 【Conclusion】 CE-EUS is more specific and accuracy in the diagnosis of pancreatic placeholder, and if combined with enhancement CT it will be helpful to the diagnosis of pancreatic diseases.
