常规器械经脐单孔腔镜胆囊切除术及其简易装置制作

目的 探讨应用常规腹腔镜器械经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性及其简易装置制作。方法 回顾性分析2012年6月～2013年10月该院收治并使用常规器械行经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的128例患者的临床资料。结果 127例患者通过使用普通器械成功行经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术，1例患者因Mirizzi综合征而中转为3孔法。随访1～16个月，均无明显术后并发症发生。结论 使用简易装置的常规器械经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全可靠，节省费用，美容及微创效果更佳。它能够在没有专门器械及额外费用的情况下实施，在基层医院极具推广价值。

Abstract:

【Objective】 To investigate the feasibility of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy (TUSPLC) by general instruments and how to make the simple device. 【Methods】 The clinical date of 128 patients undergoing TUSPLC by ordinary equipment from June 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. 【Results】 Only one case was converted to three-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy because of Mirizzi Syndrome. Other 127 cases were performed transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy by general instruments successfully. No post-operative complications were observed after a 1-16 months follow-up. 【Conclusion】 Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy using the simple device by general instruments is safe, effective and reliable. This operation can indeed achieve a more minimally invasive and excellent cosmetic results. It can be performed without specialized instruments and at no extra cost, so it is worth being popularized in primary hospitals.
