Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the feasibility and safety of single-hole and gas-less laparoscopy surgery in the treatment of gynecological disease. 【Methods】 One hundred patients needed gynecological operation were randomly divided into two groups, 50 of which were treated by single-hole and gas-less laparoscopy surgery, and 50 cases were treated by triple-hole and gas-less laparoscopy surgery from December 2010 to December 2012. The clinical data, such as operation time, surgical bleeding, time of postoperative passage of gas by anus, duration of in-hospital, postoperative complications and the operation cost were analyzed. 【Results】 The success rates were 98.0% in the single-hole group with one case transferred multihole, and 100% in triple-hole group. There was no significant difference between two groups (P >0.05). The surgical bleeding, duration in-hospital, time of postoperative passage of gas and postoperative complications by anus were no significant difference between two groups (P >0.05). The operation time was significantly different between two groups (P <0.05). There was no postoperative complication, such as incisional hernia and postoperative infection in the two groups by 5~12 months follow-up. 【Conclusion】 Single hole and gas-less laparoscopy in the treatment of gynecological disease may be more difficult and longer operation time than triple-hole surgery, but with effective, safety, mini-invasion and good outlook, it would be more receivable.
