Endoscopic therapy of crohn's disease with intestinal stricture

随着克罗恩病（crohn’s disease，CD）病情的进展，在肠壁纤维化等机制作用下，肠腔狭窄的发生与发展最终导致肠梗阻等严重并发症，内镜下球囊扩张（endoscopic balloon dilatation，EBD）及内镜下支架植入等内镜治疗方法逐渐受到国内外研究者的重视，该文总结了近年来CD并肠腔狭窄内镜治疗方式的研究进展，并对各地区（国家）指南及相关临床研究作一综述。

Abstract:

With the intestinal fibrosis in Crohn's disease (CD), the serious complications such as intestinal obstruction occurred. Scientists gradually focus on the treatment of the stricture including the endoscopic balloon dilatation (EBD), endoscopic treatment with stent. The aim of this review is to discuss the current guidelines and clinical research of the treatment for the CD with intestinal stricture.
