Abstract:【Objective】 To evaluate the method of laparoscopic transplantation of fallopian tube at horn of uterus. 【Methods】 In those inpatients of interstitial or isthmic tubal occlusion, as well as interstitial or isthmic pregnancy, 26 cases underwent laparoscopic transplantation of fallopian tube at horn of uterus by a kind of self-made fallopian recanalization forceps after resection of lesions were used as study group. And 26 cases underwent traditional transplantation of fallopian tube were used as control group. 【Results】 Study group showed more advantages in small incision, little bleeding, short time of hospitalization, and high tubal patency rates. In addition, no complications were seen in study group. 【Conclusion】 It is feasible to apply this kind of self-made laparoscopic fallopian recanalization forceps on transplantation of fallopian tube at horn of uterus. This method seems to be better than traditional surgical procedure or laparoscopic surgery. But further research is needed for the rate of conception and ectopic pregnancy after this procedure.
