摘要:

目的 探讨内镜下导丝技术在急性胆管炎治疗中的应用价值。方法 回顾分析过去30个月本院收治的急性胆管炎患者，按内镜治疗组和外科手术治疗组进行比较。结果 内镜治疗组在总住院费用、平均住院日、手术并发症及死亡率等方面低于外科手术治疗组（P <0.05），治疗效果满意。结论 内镜导丝技术在急性胆管炎临床治疗中有很好的应用价值，值得推广。

Abstract:

【Objective】 To explore the value of endoscopic guide wire technique in the clinical treatment of acute cholangitis. 【Methods】 A retrospective analysis of the past 30 months in our hospital with acute cholangitis was conducted, and according to the different treatment methods, endoscopic treatment group and surgical operation treatment group were compared . 【Results】 The total hospital charges, average hospitalization days, operation complications, mortality in endoscopic treatment group were lower than the surgical operation treatment group (P <0.05), the result was satisfactory. 【Conclusion】 The endoscopic guide wire technique has a good application value in the clinical treatment of acute cholangitis, which is worthy of promotion.
