Abstract:【Objective】 To discuss the significance of modified pressure separation used in tubal embryo transfer via laparoscope. 【Methods】 120 tubal pregnancy patients who accepted conservative operation via laparoscope were retrospectively analyzed. These patients were divided into observation group (n =73) and control group (n =47) according to different methods of operation. Operation time, the amount of bleeding, incidence of PEP and fallopian tubal patency were observed. 【Results】 Operation time, the amount of bleeding in observation group were obvious lower than the control group, whereas fallopian tubal patency was obvious higher and the incidence of PEP had no obvious difference. 【Conclusion】 Modified pressure separation in conservative operation via laparoscope for tubal pregnancy can remove the lesions better and reduce the amount of bleeding, then increase patency of fallopian tube.
