Abstract:【Objective】 To evaluate the clinical efficacy of INNOVEX TMIVX-SC10/07 block calculus extraction catheter in the ureteroscopic treatment of ureteral calculi. 【Methods】 A retrospective analysis of 82 cases of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy (URL) treatment in patients with upper ureteral stones was conducted, the patients were randomly divided into two groups: occluder was used in group A (40 cases) and group B in which crocodile stone forceps group (42 cases) were used. The stone clearance rate and curative effect were compared in the two groups. 【Results】 In A group and B group, operation time of two groups were (36±2) min and (40±2) min, respectively; disposable stone clearance rate was 95% and 66.7%, proximal renal pelvis stones from the distance were (5±2) cm and (6.0±1.2) cm, the average amount of bleeding after operation in two groups were (8±2) mL and (9±2) mL, postoperative fever in 6 cases and 5 cases, respectively. 【Conclusion】 Yingnuowei TMIVX-SC10/07, a new plugging stonecatheter can reduce the operation time, reduce the drift ratio increased to pelvis stones, stone effect, and much safer during ureteroscopic lithotripsy, is expected to become one of the important auxiliary appliance of ureteroscopic lithotripsy process.
