Abstract:【Objective】 To study the clinical risk factors of the postoperative complication in laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer. 【Methods】 Retrospective analysis of treated 186 cases of colorectal cancer by laparoscopic resection in our department from 2007 to 2013 were conducted. The risk factors in all patients were analyzed. 【Results】 The postoperative complication was found in 38 patients. The rate of postoperative complication was closely related to age, BMI, with respiratory system diseases, time of operation, whether preventive colostomy. The logistic regression showed that BMI, with respiratory system diseases, time of operation, whether preventive colostomy were independent risk factors of the postoperative complication in laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Before laparoscope for colorectal cancer, we should improve the clinical evaluation, have good judgment for the operations for the potential postoperative complications and reduce the rate of postoperative complications.
