Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the practicality, convenience and safety of homemade watchband type tourniquet in laparoscopic hystero-myomectomy. 【Methods】100 patients with laparoscope hystero-myomectomy between September 2010 and June 2013 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College were recruited to this study. They were completely randomly divided into group A (experimental group) and group B (control group), A group of 52 cases, intraoperative application of homemade watchband type homemade tourniquet, B group of 48 cases, conventional surgery, intraoperative blood loss, operative time and postoperative disease rate were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 One case was converted to laparotomy because of the dense pelvic adhesions in experimental group, the remaining 99 cases were performed laparoscopic. Two cases were performed blood transfusion in control group. Average blood loss, postoperative disease rate in group A was different from group B (P <0.05), the average operation time similar between the two groups had no statistical significance. 【Conclusion】The homemade watchband type tourniquet in laparoscope hystero-myomectomy can reduce intraoperative blood loss, postoperative disease rate, promote postoperative recovery, it is a kind of convenient, safe and effective hemostatic method.
