【Objective】 To explore the clinical efficacy of occluder combined with pneumatic lithotripsy in treatment of ureteral calculi. 【Methods】 Selected 78 cases of ureteral calculi treated in our hospital were randomly divide into observation group (40 cases) and control group with (38 cases), the control group using pneumatic lithotripsy, the observation group with ureteral occluder combined pneumatic lithotripsy. The operation time, operation time and hospitalization time, hematuria after treatment BUN, Cr changes in the water level were compared in two groups of patients ;And the adverse reactions incidence of the two groups patients was analyzed. 【Results】 The comparison of one-off lithotripsy in two groups was χ2 =5.5038 (P =0.0190); the comparison of clearance rates of calculus with one month in two group was χ2 =11.9114 (P =0.0006); the comparison of numbers of patients requiring reoperation reached χ2 =11.9114 (P =0.0006); he comparison of cases of effective patients in two groups achieved χ2 =14.4866 (P =0.0001). The comparison of operation duration in two groups were t =7.7914 (P =0.0000); the comparison of the stay length of patients in two groups was t =6.0797(P =0.0000); the comparison of hematuria duration of patients in two groups was t =5.2690 (P =0.0000); the comparison of BUN level of patients in two groups was t =1.3569 (P =0.1788); the comparison of Cr level of patients in two group was t =4.3967 (P =0.0000). The comparison of postoperative nausea and vomiting cases of patients was χ2 =6.7818 (P =0.0092); the comparison of the number of cases of patients with postoperative fever was χ2 =8.2611(P =0.0041); the comparison of the number of patients with postoperative hematuria was χ2 =8.6771 (P =0.0032); and the comparison of cases of patients with postoperative renal colic were was χ2 =14.5142(P =0.0001). 【Conclusion】 The treatment of ureter occluder combined pneumatic lithotripsy on the ureteral calculus is capable of improving the success rate of the lithotripsy, and it worths widely applying in clinical practices.
