Abstract:【Objective】 To discuss the clinical application of the single-port laparoscopic splenectomy. 【Methods】 Six cases of single-port laparoscopic splenectomy patients and 21 cases of porous laparoscopic surgery patients data in 2 years were selected and compared in terms of blood loss, rate of conversion to open surgery, operative time, hospital time, postoperative recovery liquid, postoperative pain, intraoperative and postoperative complications. SPSS 17.0 statistical processing and analysis was used . 【Results】 There was no significant increase in the intraoperative blood loss, operative time, in hospital and postoperative recovery liquid time through the single-hole surgery, significantly reduced patient discomfort pain, which had a statistically significant difference. 【Conclusion】 Compared with the porous surgery, single-port laparoscopic splenectomy surgery has a safe, effective and less postoperative pain, good cosmetic results, etc.
