Abstract:【Objective】 To evaluate the clinical effects of arthroscopic reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament with Rigidfix cross pins and Intrafix screw. 【Methods】 From June 2008 to June 2011, 17 cases of PCL injuries were treated. Rigidfix cross pins were used for femoral side fixation, Intrafix screw was used for tibial side fixation. Patients were evaluated by the posterior drawer test and Lysholm scores before operation and followed up. 【Results】 All cases had been followed up for 22 to 46 months(average 33.7 months), after operation, all joints unstable were disappear, the flexion degree was more than 120 in all cases. Lysholm scores raised from (53.62±4.28) before operation to (88.5±3.4) after operation. Each index was significant between before and after operation(P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 The method of Rigidfix cross pins and Intrafix screw under arthroscopy for PCL reconstruction is reliable, which can lead to good clinical results.
