穴位针刺对功能性鼻内镜手术后疼痛 缓解作用的临床分析

Clinical analysis of alleviation of endoscopic sinus surgery pain using acupuncture

摘要:

目的 探讨穴位针刺对功能性鼻内镜手术后疼痛的影响。方法 该院收治的80例慢性鼻窦炎实施鼻内镜手术患者，随机分为对照组（布洛芬缓释胶囊）和观察组（穴位针刺），每组各40例，对两组临床疗效及疼痛评分进行观察和比较。结果 与对照组相比，观察组总有效率没有明显变化，差异无显著性（P >0.05）；与治疗前相比，治疗后两组VAS评分、T评分和PPI评分均明显降低（P <0.05）；与对照组相比，治疗后观察组VAS评分、T评分和PPI评分均明显降低（P <0.05）。结论 针刺能够明显减轻鼻窦内镜术后疼痛，具有操作简便且安全性高等特点，值得临床推广。

Abstract:

【Objective】 To study the effect of acupuncture on pain after endoscopic sinus surgery. 【Methods】 80 cases of sinusitis endoscopic nasal sinus surgery under local anesthesia in our hospital were randomized into the control group (buprofen sustained-release capsules) and the observation group (acupuncture), 40 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy and pain scores such as VAS scores, T scores and PPI scores in the two groups were observed and compared. 【Results】 Compared with the control group, the difference of total effective rate was not obviously changed (P >0.05). Compared with the pre-treatment, the VAS scores, T scores and PPI scores in the two groups on post-treatment were significantly reduced (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the VAS scores, T scores and PPI scores in the observation group on post-treatment were significantly reduced (P <0.05). 【Conclusions】 The acupuncture can significantly relieve the pain after endoscopic sinus surgery with simple operation and high security, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
