经尿道钬激光切除术与电切术治疗 浅表性膀胱癌的比较研究

Comparable study of transurethral resection and holmium laser resection on patients with superficial bladder cancer

摘要:

目的 分析经尿道钬激光切除术（HOLBT）与电切术（TURBT）治疗浅表性膀胱癌的临床疗效差异。方法 在该院接受手术治疗的118例浅表性膀胱癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各59例。观察组患者实施经尿道钬激光切除术，对照组患者实施电切术。比较两组患者的手术效果及围术期炎症因子水平差异。结果 观察组患者手术时间及术中出血量均少于对照组患者，术中并发症发生率低于对照组（P <0.05）。观察组患者术后的TNF-α及IL-6水平明显低于对照组患者，IL-10明显高于对照组患者（均P <0.05）。结论 经尿道钬激光切除术治疗浅表性膀胱癌可以缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量及降低并发症发生率，且对患者术后炎症因子的水平影响较小。

Abstract:

【Objective】 To compare transurethral resection and holmium laser resection on patients with superficial bladder cancer. 【Methods】 118 cases of patients with superficial bladder cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 59 cases in each group. The patients in observation group received holmium laser resection, and transurethral resection was implemented in control group. The surgery effect and perioperative inflammatory cytokines were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The operation time and blood loss volume underwent transurethral holmium laser resection in observation group were shorter than that in control group, intraoperative complication rate in observation group was lower(P<0.05). The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α postoperative in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, IL-10 level was significantly higher (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Transurethral holmium laser resection of superficial bladder cancer can shorten the operation time, reduce bleeding loss, reduce complications and obviously reduce postoperative expression of inflammatory cytokines
