Abstract:【Objective】 To analyze the clinical value of hysteroscopy used in the treatment of the IUD incarcerated with intrauterine pregnancy. 【Methods】 A retrospective analysis of 53 cases of the IUD incarcerated merger early pregnancy in patients was conducted. 23 of which took the ultrasonography monitoring hysteroscopy IUD+curettage. The other 30 under ultrasonography monitoring took IUD surgery+curettage. 【Results】 Hysteroscopic treatment of IUD incarcerated merger early pregnancy operative time was (24.9±2.8) min, the surgical success rate was 95.7% (22/23), IUD removed without mutilation rate of 95.7% (22/23). The control group were (33.3±4.9) min, the surgical success rate was 70% (21/30), IUD removed without mutilation rate of 63.3% (19/30), the two groups were statistically significant difference (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 Request for termination of pregnancy in patients early pregnancy intrauterine IUD merger, hysteroscopy can remove the termination of pregnancy while incarcerated IUD, accurate positioning, but, to prevent complications was necessary.
