Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the safety and feasibility of myomectomy via transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic surgery. 【Methods】 From 2012 March to 2013 January transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic uterine myomectomy was carried out in 15 cases, recorded operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative pain and postoperative drainage, and compared to conventional laparoscopic myomectomy group. 【Results】 The single-incision operation was completed in 15 cases, of which 1 case of myoma diameter 7.0 cm, with mucosal closely, after getting rid of the conventional porous laparoscopic operation changed, successfully completed. The remaining 14 patients had no side injury and complications. 【Conclusion】 It is safe and feasible to myomectomy via transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic surgery. It is popularizing with the advantanges of good cosmetic results and no sear.
