The clinical efficacy of hydatoncus treatment of anterior horn of meniscus by resecting hydatoncus in arthroscope and thread string inside the knee joint

摘要:

目的 探讨关节镜下囊肿切除局部关节内过线缝合技术治疗半月板前角囊肿的临床疗效。 方法 2008年9月~2012年1月，14例患者，15侧前角囊肿的半月板用囊肿切除局部关节内过线缝合技术治疗，于术后平均12个月进行临床随访，依照Barrett标准评价半月板缝合的临床愈合情况，并对随访患者进行IKDC和Lysholm评分。结果 15侧缝合的半月板有14侧得到了临床愈合，临床愈合率为93.3%。平均IKDC评分由术前的（53.8±4.25）分提高至术后的（81.5±3.69）分，平均Lysholm评分由术前的（54.4±6.27）分提高至术后的（80.6±6.58）分。结论 关节镜下半月板前角囊肿切除后局部关节内过线缝合技术是一种简单有效的方法，是关节镜技术的一项创新和发展。

Abstract:

【Objective】 To observe the clinical efficacy of treating hydatoncus in anterior horn of meniscus by resecting hydatoncus in arthroscope and thread string inside the knee joint. 【Methods】 14 patients with 15 cases with hydatoncus in anterior horn of meniscus by resecting hydatoncus in arthroscope and thread string inside the knee joint had been brought into this study, followed up 12 monthes in average and evaluated clinical efficacy based on Barrett standard and follow - up in patients with IKDC and Lysholm score. 【Results】 14 cases had gotten clinical healing in 15 cases with 93.3% healing rate. Average IKDC score increased to(81.5±3.69) postoperatively from (53.8±4.25) preoperately and average Lysholm score increased to (80.6±6.58) postoperatively from (54.4±6.27) preoperately. 【Conclusion】 The technique of treating hydatoncus in anterior horn of meniscus by resecting hydatoncus in arthroscope and thread string inside the knee joint is an effectual and simple way, and it is an innovation of arthroscope technique.
