Abstract:【Objective】 To compare the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser lithotripsy and open renal lithotomy treatment for complex renal calculi. 【Methods】 116 complex renal calculi patients were divided into study group (minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser lithotripsy group) and control group (open renal lithotomy group) randomly, 58 cases in each group. All clinical data were collected and the clinical treatment situations, improved situations of clinical indicators and occurrence of complications of the patients in two groups were compared and analyzed. 【Results】 Compared with control group, the patients in study group the stone clearance rate was increased significantly (98.27%), the residual stone rate was decreased significantly (1.73%),(P <0.05). The blood loss of intraoperative in study group was reduced significantly. Operative time, ambulation and hospitalization time in study group were shortened significantly (P <0.05). The incidence of complication by wound infection, organ damage, hemorrhage, sepsis and urinary extravasation in study group were decreased significantly (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 The clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser lithotripsy was better in the treatment of complex renal calculi with lower incidence of complications.
