纤维支气管镜治疗重型颅脑损伤并肺部 感染患者的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of bronchoscopy for patients with severe brain injury combined with lung infections

摘要:

目的 探讨纤维支气管镜在重型颅脑损伤并肺部感染患者中的临床应用意义。方法 选取该院收治的重度颅脑损伤并肺部感染患者96例，并将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组患者48例。对照组患者采用常规治疗方法进行治疗；观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上，采用经纤支镜肺泡灌洗治疗，并分别对两组患者的临床治疗情况、动脉血气分析情况和临床指标改善情况进行比较。结果 与对照组相比，观察组患者临床显效的比率和总有效率均显著提高分别为（81.25% 和95.83%，P <0.05）；观察组患者SaO2、PaO2和PaCO2等动脉血气分析情况均明显改善，差异有显著性（P <0.05）；观察组患者感染控制时间明显缩短（P <0.05）。结论 纤维支气管镜治疗重度颅脑损伤并肺部感染操作简便、安全，效果确切，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract:

【Objective】 To study the clinical application significance of bronchoscopy for patients with severe brain injury combined with lung infections . 【Methods】 96 patients with severe brain injury combined with lung infections in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group randomly(48 patients in each group). The patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy. The patients in observation group were treated with bronchoscopy. The clinical treatment, arterial blood gas analysis, clinical indicators to improve the situation of the patients in two groups were compared and analyzed. 【Results】 Compared with control group, the patients in observation group the rates of significant efficiency and total effective were increased significantly(81.25% and 95.83%, P ＜0.05). The arterial blood gas analysis conditions in observation group, including SaO2, PaO2 and PaCO2 were improved significantly(P ＜0.05). Compared with control group, the time for infection control in observation group was shortened significantly (P ＜0.05). 【Conclusion】 The operation technology of bronchoscopy was simple, safe and effective, and it has a high clinical value.
