Abstract:【Objective】 To analyze the risk factors of failure with laparoscopic cholecystectomy and conversion from laparoscopic cholecystectomy to open cholecystectomy. 【Methods】 50 cases of patients with conversion laparoscopic cholecystectomy to open surgery were chosen as study group, and 300 cases of patients with successful laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected as control group, all clinical data were comparatively study with multiple factor analysis and logistic analysis. 【Results】 Analysis results showed that acute cholecystitis, gallbladder wall thickness, the diameter of the common bile duct width, total bilirubin, gallstone incarceration laparoscopic cholecystectomy were risk factors of LC conversion to open surgery. 【Conclusion】 Preoperative comprehensive evaluation of risk factor was significant for choosing operative method and be helpful to reduce the incidence of serious complications.
