Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the youth anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury by the reconstruction of the epiphyseal plate. 【Method】 August 2007 to November 2011 were treated cross-ligament injury 18 patients, 6 males and 12 females. Patients aged 11 years old to 17 years old, with an average age of 14 years old. History of 0.5 to 10 months, with an average of 5.1 months. The epiphyseal plate reconstruction was completed in18 patients. 【Results】 All patients were followed up for 10 to 60 months, with an average of 32 months. All patients with knee stability, postoperative X-ray examination Tip: epiphyseal plate arrest phenomenon did not occur, no limb length and deformity occurred, the increase in the average height of 15.5 cm, Lysholm score 96 to 100 points, the average score of 98.6 points. 【Conclusion】 It is applicable for adolescent patients with ACL injury viable to make the epiphyseal plate bone tunnel reconstruction.
