Abstract:【Objective】 To explore clinical application and effect of lacrimal duct endoscopy and nasal endoscopicabout treating the lacrimal duct obstructive disease caused by failed dacryocystorhinostomy. 【Methods】 In our hospital from November 2011 to February 2012 make a diagnosis and give treatment in 16 patients for lacrimal duct obstructive caused by dacryocystorhinostomy failure, using lacrimal duct endoscopy for lacrimal duct inspection, and nasal endoscopy for nasal inspection, using 980 nm semiconductor laser treatment to form channel. Patients were followed up to observe curative effect. 【Results】 All cases of lacrimal sac nasal anastomotic jams were mucosal proliferation cover. Intraoperative recanalization rate was 100%, a week after operation, patency rate was 100%. Follow-up of 6 months, patency rate was 100%. 【Conclusion】 Lacrimal duct endoscope combined with endoscopic sinus can effectively treat lacrimal duct obstruction caused by dacryocystorhinostomy failure.
