The combination therapy for large colorectal polyps in children

摘要:

目的 探讨内镜下高频电凝、尼龙圈套、金属钛夹联合治疗小儿结肠直肠大息肉的临床疗效和并发症的防治。 方法 回顾分析55例患儿结肠直肠大息肉（直径>2.0 cm）的内镜下治疗的临床资料。 结果 55例患儿的68枚结肠直肠息肉经内镜下治疗全部成功切除，无1例穿孔及息肉切除术后综合征，2例术后少量渗血，经再次内镜下处理后无出血。 结论 内镜下高频电凝、尼龙圈套、金属钛夹联合治疗小儿结肠直肠大息肉是一种安全、简便、有效的方法。

Abstract:

【Objective】 To investigate the combination therapy for large colorectal polyps in children by endoscopic high-frequency electro resection, nylon loop/titanium clip and to evaluate its safety. 【Methods】 55 children with large colorectal polyps (diameter of the base>2.0 cm) were treated with endoscopic high-frequency electro resection. 【Results】 55 cases with 68 colorectal polyps were all resected successfully by endoscopic high-frequency electro resection without perforation or postpolypectomy coagulation syndrome. 2 cases showed delayed minor bleeding and bleeding was stopped by conservation treatment. 【Conclusion】 Endoscopic high-frequency electro resection and nylon loop/titanium clip is a safe and reliable method to resect large colorectal polyps in children.
