内镜下尼龙圈套扎法治疗消化道息肉

TREATMENT POLYPUS OF ALMENTARY CANAL WITH NYLON SNARES`LIGATION WITH ENDOSCOPY

摘要:

目的：预防和降低内镜下治疗消化道息肉后出血的危险性。方法：采用内镜下单纯尼龙圈套扎或尼龙圈套扎加电凝切除联合治疗。结果：治疗组：３３例共３６枚直径〉２ｃｍ的息肉，治愈率９７．３％，出血发生率２．７％；对照组：４８例５２枚息肉，治愈率８８．９％，出血发生率１１．１％。结论：对于直径〉２ｃｍ的粗蒂或亚蒂息肉，采用尼龙圈套扎法是提高治愈率，预防和降低出血发生率的有效方法。

Abstract:

Objective: In order to prevent and reduce bleeding of exthpate polypus of alimentary canal, we try to adopt a new method. Methods: Single nylon snares` ligation or high frequency electrocoagulation after nylon snares` ligation with endoscopy was treated with polypus of alimentary canal. Results: In the group of treated (36 polypus` diameters more than 2 cm in 33 cases), the rate of cure is 97.3% and the rate of bleeding is 2.7%. In the group of comparison (52 polypus in 48 cases), the rate of cure is 88.9% and the rate of bleeding is 11.1%. Conclusions: In order to prevent and reduce bleeding of extirpate polypus, it is the effective method that nylon snares` ligation treated with subpedicel or thick pedicel polypus which diameters are more than 2 cm.
