    目的 探讨不同规格支气管镜管道干燥所需的注气时长。方法 两种不同规格的支气管镜,诊疗后经手工清洗消毒流程处理,用0.4 MPa压力的压力气枪,分别向活检管道及吸引管道注气,注气结束后用氯化钴试纸与内镜管道充分接触后,根据试纸颜色的变化,来判定支气管镜管道是否干燥。第一组分别向活检管道和吸引管道注气10 s,重复30次实验,而后注气时间逐组递增10 s,直至30次试验均判定为内镜管道干燥,实验结束。结果 活检管道直径为2.0 mm的支气管镜,分别向活检管道和吸引管道内注气30 s,内镜管道可实现干燥;活检管道直径为3.0 mm的支气管镜,分别向活检管道和吸引管道内注气40 s,内镜管道可实现干燥。结论 建议对不同规格的支气管镜采取不同的注气时间,活检管道直径为2.0 mm的支气管镜注气时间为30 s,活检管道直径为3.0 mm的支气管镜注气时间为40 s。

    Abstract:

    Objective This study aimed to investigate the required air-injection duration for drying bronchoscope channels of different specifications.Methods Two types of bronchoscopes were manually cleaned and disinfected after clinical use. A pressure air gun at 0.4 MPa was used to inject air into the biopsy channel and the suction channel separately. After air injection, cobalt chloride test paper was fully contacted with the inner lumen, and drying was determined based on the color change of the paper. In the first group, air was injected into both channels for 10 seconds, with 30 repeated tests. The injection time was then increased by 10 seconds per group until all 30 tests indicated dry channels.Results For a bronchoscope with a biopsy channel diameter of 2.0 mm, air injection for 30 seconds into each channel achieved drying. For a bronchoscope with a biopsy channel diameter of 3.0 mm, air injection for 40 seconds was required.Conclusion Different air-injection times are recommended for bronchoscopes of different specifications: 30 seconds for those with a 2.0 mm biopsy channel and 40 seconds for those with a 3.0 mm biopsy channel.
