透明帽吸引肿物切除术治疗胃黏膜下肿物的临床疗效和安全性分析

Clinical efficacy and safety of cap-aspiration lumpectomy for gastric submucosal tumors

摘要:

目的 探讨透明帽吸引肿物切除术（CASL）治疗胃黏膜下肿物（SMT）的临床疗效和安全性。方法 回顾性分析2018年6月－2024年9月于该院接受CASL治疗的161例胃SMT患者的临床资料。评估整块切除率、手术时间、术中和术后并发症。结果 161例患者均顺利完成手术，整块切除率为96.9%（156/161）；手术时间为7～30 min，平均（17.8±6.6）min；术中需干预的出血率为2.5%，无迟发性穿孔或死亡病例；术后病理以胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）（52.8%）最常见。随访期间，总体复发率为1.9%。结论 CASL治疗胃SMT操作简便，耗时短，且整块切除率和安全性均较高，是一种高效、可靠的微创治疗方法。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of cap-aspiration lumpectomy (CASL) for the treatment of gastric submucosal tumors (SMT).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 161 patients with gastric SMT who received CASL treatment from June 2018 to September 2024. Evaluate the en bloc resection rate, operation time, and intraoperative and postoperative complications.Results All 161 patients successfully completed the surgery, and the total resection rate was 96.9% (156/161). The operation time was 7 to 30 minutes, with an average of (17.8 ± 6.6) minutes. The bleeding rate requiring intervention during the operation was 2.5%, and there were no cases of delayed perforation or death. Postoperative pathology was most commonly gastrointestinal stromal tumor (52.8%). During the follow-up period, the overall recurrence rate was 1.9%.Conclusion CASL treatment for gastric SMT is simple to operate, takes a short time, and has a high en bloc resection rate and safety. It is an efficient and reliable minimally invasive treatment method.
