Abstract:

Chinese materia medica plays a unique role in the treatment of gallstones and cholecystitis. Among the numerous Chinese materia medica formulations, Danning Tablets stand out as a typical representative. To fully leverage the advantages of Chinese materia medica, this consensus integrates traditional Chinese medical theory with modern research, elaborates on the efficacy, pharmacology, and safety of Danning tablets, summarizes their application methods and precautions before and after choledochoscopic gallbladder-preserving cholecystolithotomy(CGPC), and presents medication recommendations, providing practical guidance for clinicians.
