Abstract:Abstract: Objective? To study the curative effect and complication of emergency endoscopic surgery for acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis (AOSC).?Methods?104 patients with AOSC were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by routine operation, while the study group was treated by emergency endoscopic operation. The expression of inflammatory factors, the incidence of complications, hospitalization time, operation time, gastrointestinal recovery time, abdominal pain recovery time and QOL score were compared between the two groups.?Results? The expression of inflammatory factors in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the hospitalization time and operation time in the study group were less than those in the control group (P < 0.05); the recovery time of gastrointestinal and abdominal pain in the study group was less than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the QOL score in the control group was lower than that in the study group (P < 0.05).?Conclusion?Emergency endoscopic surgery for AOSC patients have better curative effect than conventional surgery with less complications.
