Abstract: Objective?To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of endoscopic ultrasound-guided biliary drainage in patients with malignant distal biliary obstruction.?Methods?Retrospectively summarize the clinical data of 21 patients with MBO treated by EUS-BD.?Results?21 patients underwent EUS-BD and technical success was achieved in 16 patients (76.19%). Clinical success was achieved in 15 patients (71.43%), and 3 adverse events (14.29%) occurred, all of which recovered in the follow-up treatment.?Conclusion?This study on EUS-BD demonstrates excellent efficacy and safety of EUS-BD on MBO after ERCP failed.
