Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of value of auto fluorescence bronchoscopy for central primary lung cancer. 【Methods】 56 patients received simple white light bronchoscope (WLB) and 113 patients received AFB were selected into this study and the diagnostic value of the two different ways was analyzed. 【Results】 The sensitivity of WLB for identification of primary lung cancer 58.82%, the sensitivity of joint inspection was 85.39%; sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value of WLB diagnosing with primary lung cancer was 58.82%, 40.90%, 60.61%, 39.13%; the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value of joint diagnosis of primary lung cancer was 85.39%, 62.50%, 89.41%, 53.57%; the sensitivity of joint inspection diagnosis of primary lung cancer in lung cancer type, tumor stage, lymph node metastasis, the lesion location were significantly higher than those of WLB group (P < 0.05). 【Conclusion】 Auto fluorescence bronchoscopy (AFB) has a higher value in the diagnosis of central primary lung cancer and can be used to guide the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
