Abstract:【Objective】 To compare the use of two different methods of sedative in the elderly in ERCP. 【Methods】 Data were collected from 120 patients who had undergone therapeutic ERCP from August 2014 to December 2014. Patients were randomly divided into taking orally Mucilage and sedation group A (n = 40), sedation and smearing Mucilage group B (n = 40) and sedation group C (n = 40). Recorded the MAP, RR, HR, SpO2 in the basic states (T0), throat (T1), duodenal papilla (T2), operating (T3), sober (T4), and the dose of sedative drugs, operation time, the time of sober and directional recovery and adverse reaction. 【Results】 Compared with the group A, group B and group C, there were significant differences in MAP, HR and adverse reaction. 【Conclusion】 Lidocaine Hydrochloride Mucilage and the use of two different methods of use could significantly improve the sedative effect of the elderly in treatment of ERCP.
