Abstract:To summarize the experience and technique of laparoscopic inguinal hernioplasty (LIHR). Methods The clinical data of 50 patients underwent laparoscopic inguinal hernioplasty (LIHR) from January 2018 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 50 patients were successfully operated, the operation time was from 60 ~ 190 minutes and the hospitalization time was from 2 ~ 5 days. 1 of them of TEP converted to TAPP, 4 patients complicated with inguinal area seroma or hematoma, the effusion disappeared 7 ~ 30 days after operation, 1 case had lumbar pain, and no recurrence case was followed up. Conclusion Laparoscopic inguinal hernioplasty is safe and feasible, and its recurrence rate is low. Therefore, it is worth popularizing and applying.
