电子胃镜在不明原因腹痛诊治中的应用价值*

Application of electronic gastroscope in diagnosis and treatment of unexplained abdominal pain*

摘要:

探讨电子胃镜在不明原因腹痛诊治中的应用价值。方法 回顾该院采用电子胃镜诊治的16例不明原因腹痛患者的临床资料，通过对疾病的诊断和术后并发症进行分析，评估电子胃镜的临床应用价值。结果 14例患者最终确诊，确诊率为87.5%。其中，术后粘连3例，腹膜结核5例，腹膜恶性肿瘤5例，慢性输卵管炎1例。2例未见异常。术后均恢复顺利，无严重并发症发生。结论 电子胃镜诊治不明原因腹痛，安全有效，对腹腔内粘连的治疗具有重要应用价值，是一种并发症少、准确度高的有效方法，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

To evaluate the use of electronic gastroscope in diagnosis and treatment of unexplained abdominal pain. Methods The clinical data in 16 cases of unexplained abdominal pain diagnosed and treated by electronic gastroscope were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical application value is evaluated by analyzing the diagnosis and postoperative complications occurrence. Results The pathological causes of 14 patients were documented through electronic gastroscope, the definite diagnosis rate of was 87.5%. Among them, adhesion was confirmed in 3 cases, peritoneal tuberculosis in 5 cases, peritoneal malignancy in 5 cases, chronic salpingitis in 1 case and 2 cases did not see the exact anomalies, there were no serious complications in all patients. Conclusion Electronic gastroscope is both beneficial and safe in patients with unexplained abdominal pain, has great advantages in the treatment of abdominal adhesion band release. On account of the less complications and high accuracy, it is worth popularizing application clinically.
