摘要：?在小儿困难气道中，插管失败或插管用时过长易导致低氧。小儿Airtraq视频喉镜是一次性使用的插管工具，无需口、咽、气管三轴线重合即可提供高质量的声门图像，在小儿气道管理中Airtraq视频喉镜有较广泛的应用。Airtraq视频喉镜在小儿常规或困难气道方面优于传统的Macintosh喉镜，在部分指标方面优于其他可视喉镜。至于何种设备最佳，仍未得出结论，但Airtraq视频喉镜表现出了更有希望的结果。

Abstract: In pediatric patients, failure or taking too much time to intubate in a difficult airway can easily lead to oxygen desaturation. The pediatric Airtraq laryngoscope is a disposable tracheal intubation device. It was designed to provide a high quality view of the glottis without the need to align the oral, pharyngeal and tracheal axes. Airtraq laryngoscope has a wide range of applications in pediatric intubation. A number of reports suggested that use of the Airtraq laryngoscope should be superior to the Macintosh laryngoscope in children in routine airway management and/or increased risk for difficult intubation, and Airtraq should be superior to the other video laryngoscopes in some indicators. As for which is the best device, there is still far from conclusion, but the Airtraq is showing promising results in children’s airway management.
