Abstract:To explore the practicability, advantages and disadvantages of ultrasound scalpel in endoscopic breast augmentation. Methods 42 cases of breast augmentation with ultrasound scalpel instead of electric hook under endoscope from August 2018 to January 2019 were selected as experimental group. 42 cases of breast augmentation with traditional endoscope were randomly selected as control group by case-control study. Results All these patients recovered smoothly after operation, no complications such as secondary bleeding and capsular contracture occurred. The operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the amount of bleeding in the experimental group was less than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound scalpel has strong coagulation function and no current passing through human body, which makes the separation of tissue under endoscope and the treatment of double planes simpler and safer, reduces the operation time, improves the operation efficiency, and reduces the amount of bleeding during operation. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
