Abstract:?To analyze the factors related to the location of tracheobronchial foreign bodies in children, and provide help for the assessment of the condition, the surgical risk and the prognosis.?Methods?Clinical data of 1060 children with tracheobronchial foreign bodies from January 2015 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The location of foreign bodies retention and age, gender, granulation formation, chest CT and three-dimensional reconstruction, preoperative complications, operation time and the relevance of hospital stay were analyzed.?Results?There was no correlation between location of airway foreign bodies and age, gender, operation time and hospitalization stay. The location of airway foreign body was associated with granulation, thoracic CT and three-dimensional reconstruction, and preoperative complications.?Conclusions?The anatomic location of airway foreign body in pediatric patients is associated with granulation, thoracic CT and three-dimensional reconstruction, and preoperative complications.
