Abstract:?To summarize the clinical characteristics and interventional treatment of tracheobronchial papillomatosis.?Methods?Clinical data of 24 patients with tracheobronchial papillomatosis from January 2012 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. 16 patients had a history of smoking and 13 of them were men. 19 cases were benign and 5 were malignant change. 9 cases were solitary, accounting for 37.5%, involving 2 and more than 2 parts, accounting for 62.5%. Laryngeal involvement was found in 4 cases. Central airway were involved in 21 cases, and secondary bronchial involvement in 3 cases. Tumors can encroach on multiple sites.?Results? After tracheal interventional therapy, airway stenosis degree, dyspnea grade and KPS score were significantly improved (P < 0.01).?Conclusion?Tracheal and bronchial papillomatosis is a rare tumor in the airway, most of which are benign, while may have malignant change. Therapeutic bronchoscopy intervention is an effective treatment.
