Abstract:To explore the impact of single-port laparoscopy on the curative effect and related indicators of tubal pregnancy. Methods 64 cases of tubal pregnancy patients was screening as research subjects, they were divided into study group and control group with 32 cases in each. The patients in control group were given MPLS while the patients in study group were given SPLS, then the clinical efficacy and related indicators between the two groups were compared in terms. Results The operation time of the study group was longer than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications such as wound infection and hemorrhage was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The pain-related serum indexes of the study group were compared with the control group. The improvement of the study group was significant (P < 0.05). There was no difference in the related hormones between the two groups (P > 0.05). The levels of related hormones in the two groups were higher than those before the operation (P < 0.05). There was no difference in ovarian status related indexes between the two groups before operation (P > 0.05). The ovarian status related indexes of the two groups were lower than those before operation (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of ovulation and pregnancy rate (P > 0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional multi-port laparoscopic salpingectomy, transumbilical single-port laparoscopic salpingectomy can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative infection, complications and the pain of patients. It is safe and feasible for the treatment of tubal pregnancy.
