四黄灌洗液联合鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效分析

摘要：目的 探讨鼻内镜手术联合四黄灌洗液对慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年5月－2017年3月该院收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者64例，随机数字法分为对照组（n =32）和观察组（n =32）。对照组采用鼻内镜手术治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上，术后加用四黄灌洗液对鼻腔进行冲洗治疗。定期行鼻内镜检查、术腔清洁及观察上皮化情况。并检测超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）和白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平。结果 观察组有效率为96.9%，高于对照组的81.3%，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；观察组治疗后hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平明显均低于对照组（P <0.05）；两组治疗后并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）。结论 将鼻内镜手术联合术后四黄灌洗液鼻腔冲洗治疗慢性鼻窦炎，效果较理想，有助于降低炎性细胞因子水平。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with sihuang lavage solution in patients with chronic sinusitis, and its impact on inflammatory cytokines. Methods 64 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis were enrolled from May 2016 to March 2017, which were divided into control group (n = 32) and observation group (n = 32) randomly. The control group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery, and the observation group was treated with nasal lavage with sihuang lavage solution after endoscopic sinus surgery. The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP), tumor necrosis factors-α (TNF-α) and immunosorbent assay (IL-6) were measured. The complications during the follow-up were recorded. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.9%, which was higher than that of the control group (81.3%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of hsCRP, TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery combined with sihuang lavage solution is better for chronic sinusitis patients, and it is helpful to reduce the level of inflammatory cytokines.
